Wedding Decor Trends for 2026
By Team Shreenathji · 8 August 2026 · 5 min read

Every wedding season brings a fresh set of decor requests — here's what we're seeing (and setting up) most often this year.
All-white mandaps. A monochrome mandap — white orchids, roses, and jasmine — photographs beautifully and pairs well with any lehenga or sherwani color.
Hanging floral installations. Suspended flower clusters above the stage or entrance add real drama without crowding the floor space — popular for both daytime and evening functions.
Marigold, but elevated. Traditional marigold garlands remain a haldi/mehendi staple, but we're mixing them with roses and greenery for a more textured, less "flat" look.
Personalized entrance decor. Couples' initials or a small floral arch at the entrance are an easy, high-impact way to make a venue feel like *your* wedding, not just any wedding.
Candlelit accents. Whether it's a sangeet stage or the dinner tables, warm candlelight paired with flowers continues to be the easiest way to elevate a space after dark.
